Component production

In addition to the extensive selection of materials, we have a range of services from mechanical processing on state-of-the-art CNC equipment to material characterization.

We also undertake the further processing of thermoset materials in accordance with customer requirements. We offer a wide range of manufacturing services, from prefabrication to production-intensive components. For example, by sawing, grinding, drilling, turning, milling, bonding, or forming, a wide variety of materials are brought into shape according to individual specifications. Based on the competence in the material-specific selection and the manufacturing-technical conversion as well as the experience of many years in the single, and series production the optimal processing procedure is developed for each product. Accompanying the order, this is ensured by material input and output tests as well as digital component measurement, daily, certified according to DIN ISO 9001.

Our CNC processing centers guarantee consistent quality through high repeatability, even in medium and large series production. The machines are designed for 3, 4 or 5-axis machining.

High precision result thanks to "state of the art" technology up to a length of 6,000 mm, In our fully automated on-site stock, we always keep a large number of plates, rods and tubes of various materials in stock. Our sawing department can saw all these items to any desired size. By using waste optimization software we can guarantee a highly precise end result with the best possible material utilization and fast delivery times.

By means of wide belt sanding, entire boards and blanks can be grinded to a close tolerance and uniform thickness. Different grit sizes of the sandpaper allow for different surface roughnesses, depending on application needs and customer requirements.

In addition to the insertion of (e.g. ENSAT, RAMPA, Helicoil), we can glue or screw individual components together. Components provided by the customer are integrated into the assembly process. Our service also includes individual labeling of the manufactured components by means of inscription, labeling, engraving, or painting of assembly rivets.
